COMMISSIONER

Since 2007, Usman Fan has been served as the Company’s Commissioner. Until now, he is also the Commissioner of PT. BPR Mutiara Cemerlang Barelang since 2009, Commissioner of PT Guna Surya Binamandiri since 2004, President Director of PT Putra Andalas Sejati and PT Fanindo Propertindo since 2001, and PT Fanindo Chiptronic since 1994. Previously, Usman Man was the President Director of PT Sat Techindo (2000-2002) and PT Fanindo Genmik Perkasa (1994-2005). He was appointed by deed No.14 through Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company, dated August 7, 2007, made by Fathiah Helmi, SH, Notary in Jakarta. He accomplished Business Management Diploma study at Stanford City College, Singapore.

SMAILLY ANDY

PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER

Since 2024, Smailly Andy has been appointed as the Chief Commissioner of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. Previously, he served as Credit Controller at Smart Automobile Pte Ltd (2007-2008), Investor Relations at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (2008-2024), and Legal Manager at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (2014-2024). He has over 16 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry, holding key roles in legal, financial, and investor relations management. Smailly Andy was appointed based on deed No.01 through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, dated December 2, 2024, created by Soehendro Gautama, SH, M.Hum, Notary in Batam. He earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Banking and Finance and a Master of Laws.

HERRY SANTOSO, S.T

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

Since 13 June 2017, Herry Santoso, S.T. has been assigned as the Company’s Independent Commissioner. Until present, he is also served as the Manager Operational of PT. Satria Temeng Sari since 2010, and also served as Director of PT. Suntech Elektronik Indonesia from 2000 to 2004. He also served as Quality Assurance officer at PT. Venturindo Jaya Batam from 1998 to 2000 and worked as Quality control and Store staff at PT JM Hanjaya. He was appointed by deed No.49 through Annual Shareholders Meeting of the Company, dated June 13, 2017, made by Soehendro Gautama, SH, M.hum Notary in Batam. He obtained Bachelor Degree of Engineering from ATMAJAYA University, Jakarta.
